- Ridge residents are requested to respect their neighbors by maintaining quiet early in the morning, and after 11 PM. Please exercise care in the operation of radios, TVs, musical instruments, chain saws, bug zappers and noisy vehicles.
- Town law, which is enforced on the Ridge, requires dogs to be leashed, and kept inside when owners are absent.
- Residents are expected to keep their property cleared of brush and debris at least three feet back from the road.
- From October through April, Ridge property is patrolled by the Northfield police, and by Ridge security personnel. Report any suspicious activity to Mark Given (973-564-5140), or to the Northfield police department (413-625-8200).
- Since Ridge roads are maintained by cottage owners at their own expense, snow plowing is strictly prohibited.
- Ridge owners, renters and guests are asked to observe the Golden Rule.
